Add SophiaDOS contract artifacts for the Freebird social_graph Sybil
gate: JSON Schema 2020-12 validation for attestations and Cred
presentations, a live seam smoke script, and contract documentation.

Changes:
- contracts/schemas/social-graph-attestation.schema.json: JSON Schema
  for social_graph.attestation artifacts (sophia/v1)
- contracts/schemas/social-graph-presentation.schema.json: JSON Schema
  for Cred presentations wrapping social graph attestations
- scripts/run-social-graph-live-seam.sh: Smoke test that builds and
  starts the attester, fetches JWKS, configures Freebird with
  SYBIL_RESISTANCE=social_graph, imports/presents an attestation via
  Cred, and submits it to Freebird issuance
- contracts/README.md: References to new schemas and smoke script
- contracts/stack-smoke.md: Environment variable reference table
